People say that London is a difficult place to skate – both in terms of terrain and community. But for Slam City Skates team rider Casper Brooker – who’s been making the pilgrimage to Southbank since he was a little kid – it’s simply home.
In the second episode of From The Street Up, shot by Dan Magee and John Fisher, we follow Casper around his adopted city – from the London AM at BaySixty6 to filming his upcoming Isle video part and the shenanigans of Go Skateboarding Day – meeting the local legends and seeing some iconic spots along the way.
Watch Casper pump around a dusty dirt track and hijack the streets with hundreds of skate kids and stay tuned for our next installment later this month when we document Casper on the final (and possibly greatest) stop of the Nike Euro Series 2015, the Berlin Open – and then for the following fun and games at the CPH PRO.
The Berlin Open takes place July 11 – 12 at the SB Shelter in the heart of Berlin, and the CPH PRO kicks off July 15 – 19 around the Danish city.
